Once a registration is completed and payment is made through the Bhoomida app, no refunds will be issued, except in cases of technical errors or transaction failures. Refunds are subject to the refund policy specified by Bhoomida Solutions Private Limited.
4. Data Privacy:
Participant data collected during the registration process will be handled with strict confidentiality. The organizers and Bhoomida Solutions Private Limited will not disclose participant information to any third party.
5. Event Communication:
